Assist Senior Sales Manager & Sales Manager in managing Room accounts by providing all rounded support
Communication & Presentation:
• Communicate in a friendly, tactful and professional manner with Guests, suppliers and fellow Employees.
• Be informed and keep your Supervisor informed of all matters that may affect your work, the hotel’s service or reputation.
• Always present a clean and tidy appearance in accordance with the hotel’s grooming standards.
Attitude:
• Be flexible and open to change in your job responsibilities, and/ or roster to meet business needs
• Always extend friendly and caring service to every Guest that walks through our door
• Be a team player and maintain good relationships with fellow Employees
• Care about your work environment and make sure it is tidy and well maintained
• Your work is important. Pay attention to detail and do every task to the best of your ability
Responsibility:
• Seek responsibility and take responsibility for your actions
• Understand the Employee Handbook and comply with the standards it outlines
• Be reliable and ensure you are at work on time
• Know your job and constantly seek to develop your expertise by participating in company sponsored training programs
• Carry out all professionally reasonable instructions given by your supervisor and use your initiative in the absence of instructions (your supervisor may not always be around to tell you want to do)
Technical Competency:
• Maintain an effective tracing and filling system
• Know your role in case of emergency
• Have a good understanding of the hotel’s marketing plan focusing on the sales strategies concerning your section’s accounts
• Conduct hotel inspection and handle sales inquiries
• Provide information regarding the hotel’s facilities & services
• Compose basic English and Japanese letters
• Maintain the sales database & prepare sales statistics
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 1 years of working experiences as same position
- Hospitality background
- 5 stars hotel background is advanced
- Be able to build up and develop good relationship with potential customers, contractors and owners;
- Mature, independent and suitable with a dynamic environment;
- Self-motivated, high level of ownership/ responsibility and integrity and proactiveness;
- Ability to work under pressure and target fulfillment;
- Willingness to learn
- Good communication, negotiation
- Good command of English and MS Office.
