More about this role

The purpose of this position is to:

Orientation of building a flexible system structure, in line with the changing requirements of the corporation's business activities



Develop processes and regulations of the system to ensure that the prescribed process is consistent with the orientation
Design, build features or report according to the needs of the user
Ensure the data on the system is correct, the jobs are completed on time
Analyze data on the system, warn, make recommendations to the management level of data, abnormal situation
Make daily / weekly / monthly reports and reports arising at the request of management levels
Training users to use DMS, App
Check / test reports, new features from software providers
Work with the Project Managers, Consultants to understand the business / application requirements of the assigned task
Take responsibility for delivering development tasks within agreed upon timelines

Principal Accountabilities

Ensuring to update Master data of products, customers, Salesman, distributors… on DMS system fully
Ensuring data Sell in, sell out, inventory
Instruction, support, solve DMS/Emobiz issues for Salesman, Manager, Admin
Instruct ways of working DMS
Working with a partner to test new applications on DMS (Sales management, One F, Power Bi…)
Provide data for another department
Building sales regulations, policies, and reports
Development project of system DMS/Emobiz sale
What extra ingredients you will bring:

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor of Information Technology or Business Information Systems
Working experience: 1 ~ 3 years
Job specific requirements:

Qualification computer Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI
Experience of manage data
Experience of DMS/NAV & Emobiz system
Experience update data, analyze and manage data on the system
Experience promotion and budget trade
Experience Build Report
Experience in project sale
Skill Language: English speaking, listening, speaking, reading, and writing
Skill computer and app
Skill presenting, training
Skill working group and work independently
Skill connecting another department
Understanding of sales operation
Understanding sales execute of Salesman and Manager
Basic understanding of business processes.
Must have ability to work and to face customer independently
