Job Description

HAPCO JSC is local Sale Channel Partner and Authorized Distributor for Honeywell, Baker Huge GE, Magnetrol…in Vietnam. We provide complete automation solutions specializing in custom process control and instrumentation in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical & Power Generation Plant… HAPCO is seeking a motivated, customer savvy, Inside Sale/ Proposal Engineer with experience developing, estimating and quoting custom the Process Measurement & Control, Fire & Gas Detection and Analyzer product.
Job Description:
• Assist in planning, creating, executing and developing sales & marketing plan and activities to achieve sales target.
• Develop strong and good relationship with customers/ business partner.
• Maintain and update the customer/ supplier database in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
• Support in preparing the Bid Proposal/ Quotation to customers.
• Negotiate prices and payment terms, prepare sale contracts and purchase orders; Logistic & delivery arrangement.
• Create weekly / monthly / quarter and yearly Sale Report

Job Requirements

• Degree in Trading, Business Administration or relevant field
• At least 1 years relevant working experience
• Proven experience in setting up and implementing sales strategy and plan
• Fluent in both spoken and written English - Fluent in all commonly used Office software
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Good in operation management and problem-solving skills - Ability to negotiate well with customers and suppliers
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and overtime to meet deadlines
• Team spirit, willing to work as team and honesty.
• Drive for results, Problem solving and organization skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and presentation skills, Able to work independent and under high pressure.
• Highly self–motivation with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on overtime and business travel.
