- Finding potential customers and consulting, persuading customers to experience products/services.
- Advising and persuading customer to buy products.
- Responsible for completing the contract.
- Take care of old customers, find new customers to expand the potential customer file.
- Understand business processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve products value and quality.
- Make periodic work reports as required by superiors.
- Participate in meeting with departments, report feedback from guests to have effective solutions to handle and overcome.
- Taking care of customers who have been, are and will use the product with enthusiasm and thoughtfulness.
