In this position, you will be working with our Global Internet Leader Account to deliver #happier customer experience. Devise and run marketing campaigns for products, services or events that target consumers or other businesses. Usually working under a head of marketing but managing a marketing team, campaign managers oversee campaigns in a variety of formats. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Engage with customers through telephone-based sales techniques to respond to their support inquiries, aligning with established training, standards, and policies. • Provide expert diagnosis, resolution, and issue tracking for end users based on guidelines, documentation, and scripts. • Act as a trusted consultant to guide customers in onboarding, developing, and optimizing advertising campaigns through telephone-based marketing. • Identify and understand customer needs and objectives through consultative sales interactions. • Take responsibility for driving increased ad spend, upselling, and ensuring the sustainability of customer accounts. • Manage a high volume of potential clients to meet sales targets and objectives.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field; for Diplomas' you should have at least 5 years of full-time experience • At least from 2 years of full-time experience in sales and/or online marketing • Is analytical and has a logical mindset • Has strong communicative skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions • Works in an organized and structured manner • Has a creative mindset and a good understanding of customer needs • Speaks native Vietnamese language, good at English
