Mô tả công việc
We’re looking for a fresh-graduate staff who will take care sales admin. Sales admin includes document (contract, payment request etc.) preparations and collection from supplier/customer, follow up deliveries and payments and keep transactions and so on. You will work under a sales admin member of MVC and support mainly following jobs.
• Prepare and collect documents related to order execution
• Operate payment process and delivery process with customers and suppliers
• Follow-up and update payment status and delivery status
• Follow-up tracking flow of order execution and handle issues occurred
• Record transactions and order information internally
Capabilities you will acquire in MVC :
Your close co-workers would be a sales admin staff (alumni of NEU) with experiences in working over 5 years in Japanese companies for sales admin, a chief account with experiences in working over 10 years in Japanese companies for accounting & taxation as well as sales members.
Characteristics of MVC is “Agility” as a start-up, but with well-organized internal control & risk management system as a Mitsui group company.

• Basic business manner and appropriate conduct in business
• Understanding about basics of business
• Understanding about necessary documents(contract, payment request etc.) in business
• Understanding about basic risk management skills & know-how
Yêu cầu công việc
(1) Must-have requirements
• Ability to use English at work
• MS office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint,...)
• Well-organized, careful, detail-oriented, honest, hardworking
• High responsible to assigned tasks and work under pressure
(2) Nice-to-have requirements
• Problem-solving capability
• Logical thinking and analytical skill
• Quick adapt and willing to work and challenge in start-up from building own corporate system
Working environment
• Salary for staff : Depends on experience, capabilities
• Bonus for staff : Tet bonus + performance based bonus
• SI/HI/UI/Leave: As per Vietnamese laws
• Working hours : Monday – Friday. 8:00 – 17:15. WFH max.3 days per month
• Address : 23 Phan Chu Trinh, Hoan Kiem district, Ha Noi
