Sales Admin

I. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Cooperating with Production department and Purchasing department to manage inventory to complete the delivery to customers

- Cooperating with Finance department in reports: FOC, exchange, transportation, invoice, PXK,… and supporting control payment

- Issuing the invoice, calculating costs accurately, quickly and providing quotation to customers

- Preparing Sales documents in compliance with commercial law

- Negotiating transportation cost and resolve issues with forwarders

- Supporting Marketing department to clarify customer requirements and provide the appropriate information about products, promotions, and prices

- Preparing and arranging Sales meeting

- Accomplishing the mission of department and organization by completing related work as needed

II. WHAT WE NEED:

- Having a knowledge background about International Business, Business Administration, Marketing or related majors with less than 3 years of experience, fresh graduates are preferred

- Ethics and Integrity

- Good communication, transparency and ability to talk with people of different levels.

- Confident, thorough and cooperative

- Proactive and flexible

- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines

- Basic English level

**Working hour: Mon - Fri - 8:30am - 17:30pm

Saturday is flexible, working online or working at office.
