Mô Tả Công Việc

Be responsible for supporting Non-life Insurance business activities for clients
- Being in charge of insurance policies as assigned
- Calculating premium for policies and endorsements
- Implementing client data management process in the data management system of the Company
- Coordinating with relevant parties to ensure that insurance policies, endorsements and related documents are issued on time
- Promoting & following up clients’ information declaration, confirmation and premium payments
- Preparing reports, presentations as instructed and translating sales & marketing documents as required

- Chuẩn bị báo cáo, bản thuyết trình theo hướng dẫn và dịch thuật tài liệu kinh doanh khi được yêu cầu
- Phụ trách các hợp đồng bảo hiểm được phân công
- Tính phí bảo hiểm cho các hợp đồng và sửa đổi, bổ sung hợp đồng
- Quản lý dữ liệu khách hàng trên hệ thống quản lý dữ liệu của Công ty
- Phối hợp với các bên liên quan để đảm bảo việc cấp đơn bảo hiểm, phụ lục hợp đồng & các tài liệu kinh doanh được phát hành đúng thời hạn
- Thúc đẩy & theo dõi việc kê khai, xác nhận thông tin & thanh toán phí của khách hàng

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Graduation with a major in Insurance/ Finance/ Banking/ Economics/ Foreign Trade is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Sales/ Customer service field.
- General knowledge/ Experience in insurance is preferable.
- Good at English. Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
- Communication, Teamwork, Time & Task management, Multi-tasking, Analytical & Logical thinking skills.

*EXPECTED START WORKING DATE: FEB. 2024, or A.S.A.P depending on candidate's availability.

- 13th month salary, Performance bonus, Long-term service bonus
- Monthly fixed allowance: Lunch, Mobile, Transportation
- Other allowances: Birthday, Public holidays, Clothing, In-patient treatment, etc.

- Working location:
+ Ho Chi Minh Branch Office: Lim Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC
- Working time:
+ Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00 or 8:30 – 17:30
+ Work from home 1 day/ week
- Pantry room equipped with Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee machine, Yogurt, Tea & Coffee
- Transportation by company car & taxi for outside assignment.
