Job description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Sales Admin Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for managing order processing and logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of products to our customers. 1. Order Desk jobs: PO management • PO management: PO receiving & verifying, right order type applying, package price, PO status monitoring, order inputting to Hankol system. • Promotional order management: Promotion goods program checking & correctly applying, Compensation data verifying. Ensure promotional programs follow company regulations before issuing orders. • Monitoring products returned, collecting all supporting documents, Processing on time. Follow-up status until warehouse receiving. 2. Logistics jobs: Delivery management • Monitor the daily warehouse pending shipment report and remind the warehouse team to expedite late shipments. • Collaborate with warehouse, Sales/KA, and Customers to quickly develop a receiving plan for pending orders and resolve any delivery issues that may arise. • Maximize vehicle utilization to ensure delivery with the lowest optimal cost. • Delivery Lead-time control & On Time Arrival management. • Controlling activities and Performance of all forwarders in terms of service quality • Manage shortage, defective of goods with Customer • Give Ideas & analyze incident to avoid those risks. • Responsible for Weekly, Monthly, Quaternary, Yearly report • Last 5 days at month-end: Review warehouse report and inform Key Account/Salesman about any failed or risky POs that cannot be delivered within the month. • Cross checking revenue report with Sales and Acc team monthly • Warehouse cross check twice per year with Acc team • Build-up the relationship with the relative parties to facilitate.

Job requirements

• Good communicator, team-player, detailed-oriented • Organizational skills, well perform under pressure of multi-tasks and tight deadlines • Experienced handling high-volume workflow in a professional setting • Be flexible in working hours on business needs (over-time might be required) • Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Takes initiative and being a proactive organizer • Excellent planning and analytical skills • Resourceful, abilities to work fast, efficient and work independently • Result oriented person and a solution-provider • Effective time management & prioritization skills.
