Sales Admin Assistant

- Preparation of spare parts & service quotations based on customer needs.

- Quotation follow-up and close out in ERP/CRM, including determining, where possible, why quotations are not converted to orders.

- Interpretation of customer orders to input item requirements into ERP or other systems.

- Collation and filing of MDR documentation as required.

- Creation of invoicing proposals as required to send to finance.

- Liaising via email, phone, or Teams with the customer at all stages of the process from inquiry, through order placement and delivery when needed.

- Assisting in end-of-month project close-outs.

- Preparation and publishing of reports for the Spares Team.

- Process improvement as related to the role or Sales in general.

- Any other general admin support for the Aftersales Spares Team.

- Appropriate tertiary qualifications such as Business Administration, Commerce, or Office Management.

- 3 - 5 years’ appropriate work experience, e.g., inside sales, customer service, logistics, or office administration.

- Competent with the MS Office suite of products.

- Fluent in English communications.

- Experience dealing with external customers in English.

- Experience with an ERP system such as Dynamics AX 2012, Microsoft D365, etc... is a plus.
