Key Job Purpose:
• To provide timely and effective administrative support to sales team
• To assist sales activities to promote Sysmex brand, products and service.
• To assist field events to develop level of customer satisfaction.
Summary of Functional Duties & Responsibilities:
1. To Attend weekly meetings, write meeting minutes, follow up sales activity progressing and tracking for all reports from sale teams
2. To cross, compare tender’s reagent lists and provide suggestion to sales team for comprehensive reagent list
3. To check concordance of analyser configuration with tender requirement
4. To collect and follow up project progression including Reagent rental and Capital purchase.
5. To support Sales team to make quotation, contracts and other tasks while sales members are in business trip.
6. To collect and follow up customer list for events such as meeting, FGM, Scientific symposium and other workshops.
7. To prepare all documents and relevant papers of tender and sent them to dealers, be responsible to get and recordkeeping all tender announcements
8. To support sales team for preparing proposal letters and other things as customers’ requirement…to get approval from Sales Manager / General Manager and recordkeeping as company regulations.
9. To be responsible for purchasing for sales activities
10. To update and manage database of customer information, installed base…
11. To execute other sales administration tasks as assigned by the Company from time to
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum Experience Required: Min 2 years relevant working experience in sales administration, preferably in INVITRO DIAGNOSTICS field
- Skills and Knowledge Required: PC literate, Good English Communication
- Attitude Required: Higher sensitivity to work performance with positive mind-set of customer satisfaction, teamwork & compliance.
- Knowledge Desired but not Essential: Product knowledge about hematology, hemostasis, urinalysis & bio-chemistry, marketing principals
