Hello! My name is Maksym Sakharov, CEO of Whitemark and we are a tech-focused luxury real estate agency.
We sell penthouses, villas, primary real estate projects, and 5 * resorts throughout HCMC and Southeast Asia.
Our company has grown rapidly since launching and we are now covering all aspects of primary residential real estate. Thanks to our innovations in digital marketing, Whitemark provides our sales team with a steady flow of new customers. We are now recruiting a Sales Admin, who will be responsible for managing the internal database, maintaining and building new relationships with developers, project owners support the sales team with relevant information about the projects.
Responsibilities:
The main responsibility for this position is to provide the sales team with a steady flow of properties that match the requirements of our clients. You will be given full comprehensive training on how you can be successful in this position and the perfect candidate will be fluent in both English and Vietnamese and have an outgoing personality.

Job Functions:
— Networking with developers, partners, sales teams;
— Work directly with the developers or F1 agency for tracking and update the information of the projects;
— Collect information, structurize it, and published in the internal database;
— Prepare documents/presentations for training on each project;
— Arrange access to sales events for the team;
— Support the sales team through each transaction;

Terms:
— Basic salary is 8.000.000 VND;
— We pay you the commission from sales, so your monthly profit is unlimited;
