Mô Tả Công Việc
Monitor sales admin and logistic for Prime products/Exim works.
1. Monitor Selling price – Machine: Monitor quotation issues - Dealer net price, machine availability, CAT Merchandising program, claim “Post sale credits”…
2. Co-ordinate with all Business unit and other departments (Machinery, Mining, Engine, Marine, Allied products, Rental & Used, …) for final approved worksheets to sign contracts or place orders.
3. Ensure to support business unit in providing supported documents (if any) for Spar Washout / claim “Post sale credits” for Engines/Marine Orders.
4. Facilitate the contract negotiation and signing process (for all supply contracts, vender contract if any …).
5. Supervise and manage the contract implementation process (including bond issues, deposit, L/C, order, delivery, payment to vender….
6. Supervise and manage order and tracking orders,: Monitor order status and related commercial documentation & logistics to ensure success delivery… as contract agreement… .
7. Coordinate with Finance (by together dealing with all BU, other dept, customers, customer’s banks, suppliers dept ) to monitor/ track AR, AP.
8. Monitor the Machine sales forecast report online on CAT website ( DDVS ) in order to get the machine allocation and ensure that the new machines are placed appropriately with sales plan.
9. Co-ordinate with BU Head, Finance Director, Marketing Director and General Director to set up / maintain inventory management for machines/engines.
10. Monitor the data input on EMS, DBS exactly, on time / co-ordinate with ERP team and Finance, Service, MIS, Parts Depts for the best working interaction.
11. "Monitor Import & export, customs clearance of prime products, parts & company literature/proper ( PTI, PTT, PTI): Quick clearance, control import & export cost.
12. "Recruitment & Management of the staffs (Supervising, leading, coaching, motivating , carrier planning and handling critical situation).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University degree, with Technical/ Economic/Foreign Trade degree is an advantage
- At least 5 years of working experiences in managing and running Sales Administration and logistics works smoothly at a similar position in a similar- sized foreign organization
- Mature, responsible individual, good interpersonal skills, able to complete the given tasks with minimize supervision; Good product knowledge
- Strict management and flexible leadership skills;
- A positive attitude to dealing with people & business difficulties, excellent problem solving;
- Good use of time log and assign works to appropriate subordinates (willing and able) as well as coaching them for higher performance.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of the team, carefully and exactly
- Have general knowledge of the company business process as a whole and product lines
- Fluent English language and excellent Vietnamese (oral and written)
