Role summary:
You will own and operate Dat Bike’s sales operations backbone across retail and dealership channels, ensuring accurate processes, system governance, data integrity, and operational control to support scalable sales growth.
You will be report directly to Director of Sales & Customer Experience.
Responsibilities
• Dealership operations
Oversee administrative and operational processes for new store openings and renovations, including budget tracking and contract coordination.
Maintain nationwide dealer data, contracts, and payment tracking, ensuring policy and system compliance.
• Incentive, warranty, and reconciliation
Calculate and reconcile sales incentives and bonuses for company-owned stores and dealerships per trade policies.
Reconcile warranty claims across channels in coordination with Finance and After-sales teams.
• Inventory and order management
Conduct and coordinate inventory checks for vehicles and materials at stores and dealerships; investigate variances.
Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
Own end-to-end sales operations processes: order management, fulfillment, invoicing coordination, and post-sales adjustments.
• Systems management (DMS & SAP)
Manage sales systems (DMS, SAP), ensuring data accuracy and proper usage.
Create and manage user accounts based on predefined access rights.
• Performance analysis and reporting
Monitor and analyze sales data to evaluate performance and identify trends.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 5 years of experience in sales operations, sales admin, or commercial operations.
• Established record of accomplishment managing operations to deliver the highest quality and standards.
• Hands-on experience with DMS, SAP, CRM, or ERP systems.
• Strong reconciliation, data accuracy, and process ownership mindset.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable in a fast-scaling environment.
