Sales Admin Staff / Nhân Viên Hỗ Trợ Bán Hàng (Thảo Điền - Tp.hcm)

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to the sales team (including preparing quotations, contracts, and sales reports)

- Handle incoming customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales personnel.

- Process orders and ensure timely delivery in coordination with logistics and warehouse teams, import–export customs clearance

- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.

- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.

- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments with finance/accounts team. - - -

- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing) to resolve customer issues.

- Track and report on sales performance metrics.

- Support the organization of sales events, exhibitions, or promotional activities when required.
