Sales Admin US Market (Elite Group)

Responsible for taking care of assigned platforms in USA market, including: sale channel development, product listing, order processing, inventory management and replenishment, promotion, research market etc.

- Research and enroll the selling platforms in USA. Research the trend, competitors…

- Listing product on selling platforms, prepare product info spreadsheet (description, price, images, etc.)

- Find and fix errors

- Work closely with operation team to receive and process daily new orders, informing customer about order status, shipment delays, tracking number, delivery times and respond to customer's enquiries in a timely manner

- Update inventory and sales report, forecast sales and make replenishment plan

- Place internal orders and follow-up order progress, coordinating with internal colleagues and customer on production schedule

- Promotion (ads on selling sites, digital ads, reviews, KOL/KOC....)

- Other tasks as required

- Systems skills (merchandising system, Microsoft applications)

- Fluent in English

- Passion in sales field. Online sales experience is an advance

- Understanding the jewelry industry is bonus

- Under 33 years old
