• Prepare document for open account for new customer, contract, …
• Issue VAT invoice to customers, documents for custom clearance, …
• Coordinate delivery of goods to ensure on time delivery to Customers
• Coordinate placing of all purchase orders according to the purchasing procedure.
• Review, analyses and execute all purchasing action messages in regards to cancellations, reschedules in and out.
• All reschedules are to be communicated back to requesters in order to improve the service and communication to our internal and external customers
• Assist accountant for tax audit, tax refund.
• Be able to multitask, work under pressure, be an effective team player and meet deadlines
• Other related matters shall be discussed through the interview.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Fluently writing and speaking English.
• Have experience electronics or printing equipment sales.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Positive and high responsibility.
• Sales experience is an advantage.
• Have know customs clearance and cargo transport

- Working day: Monday- Friday
