What We Can Offer
• Generate monthly sales reports for Singapore & Vietnam & Malaysia sales departments as well as any reports assigned by supervisor.
• Maintaining well-organized files and records of certain business activities (assigned by supervisor) for reports.
• Keeping special trade lane, or project development lanes databases up to date.
• Responsible for company campaigns & marketing arrangements related to the sales departments of both Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysia.
• Communicating with materials suppliers and vendors for sales related marketing plans.
• Deliver and present market research data / reports as required by management
• Acting as a personal assistant to the sales department for both Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysia
• Participating in internal sales department meetings and taking meeting minutes.
• Be at the ready for any other sales related administrative tasks that are required.
• Other additional tasks / project assigned by the supervisor.
• Fluent in English written and spoken
• Good Adaptability in new environment / multi-cultural working surroundings
• Minimum 1~3 years’ experience in logistics field is preferred
• Good listening, communicational and interpersonal skills
• Goal driven, initiative, planning and strategizing
• People skill & Organizing skill & Time management skill
