Sales Administration & Production Planning Staff

Sales Administration (60%)

• Receive and process customer purchase orders.

• Prepare quotations, contracts, and related documents.

• Coordinate order confirmation, delivery schedules, and shipping instructions.

• Arrange shipment and communicate with forwarders.

• Follow up on delivery status and after-sales services.

Production Planning (30%)

• Create and update production plans based on orders and forecasts.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics for on-time delivery.

• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when needed.

• Track inventory levels to ensure material availability.

Cross-Department Communication (10%)

• Act as the main contact point between sales, production, logistics, and quality control.

• Communicate to prevent delivery issues and resolve problems related to orders, inventory, or production.

Experience & Skills

• At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Production Planning (manufacturing experience is an advantage).

• Ability to manage order processing and coordinate production plans.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Age: 24-34 years old

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Detail-oriented, careful, and highly responsible.

• Positive attitude and cooperative working style.

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Communicative English

• Japanese language proficiency JLPT N3 or above (preferred).
