Sales Administration Staff (11-Month contract)

Summary of Job Description

This position will follow-up payment of Dealers/ Issuing E-invoice, handle vehicles document by managing and delivering to Dealers/ Cooperate Banks, and others administration tasks as assigned.

Job Descriptions

Major Duties:

In charge of Northern dealers:

- Follow-up dealer payment & Issuing E-invoice

- Remind Dealers to make payment on time following the confirmed sales order

- Receiving & Storing Vehicles documents from Logistic

- Handover vehicles documents to Dealers/ Cooperate Banks

Minor Duties:

- Support Dealers related to bank loan documents (for wholesales)

- Stamp and clarify the received vehicles documents from Logistic

- Others as per request from upper manager.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in related fields

• Experience: Having at least 1 year of experience in sales administration

• Knowledge: Specializing in business administration, sales field is recommended

• Skills: good English communication (especially speaking), MS office skills including Word & Excel

• Others (if any): Communication style should be clear, concise, accurate and well-planned
