Customer Service Effectiveness:
- Develop and maintain close connections with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support.
- Assist customers with changes in their usage plans, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information.
- Follow up on customer forecasts (FC) and provide weekly schedule updates to ensure customers are informed of their order status.
- Address customer complaints promptly and reasonably, ensuring customer satisfaction and swift resolution of issues.
Team Collaboration:
- Efficiently process orders received from sales representatives, ensuring timely and accurate order management.
- Confirm delivery plans with sales representatives upon receiving plans from Manufacturing plant and HQ.
- Re-confirm order plans with sales representatives on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Respond quickly to emails from colleagues, maintaining effective communication and prompt feedback.
- Facilitate and support interaction between various departments (Sales, Shipping, Plans, Accounts) to ensure smooth workflow and cooperation.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and across departments.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
