Sales Analyst

The Sales Analyst supports the commercial organization by turning data into actionable insights that directly drive sales growth, lead generation, and customer acquisition. In an Electronics Manufacturing Services environment, this position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, analyzing quoting activity, tracking performance, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives with data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical ability with commercial awareness and fluency in Business English to collaborate effectively with global and teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Pipeline Analysis: analyst data, tracking, maintain dashboards and KPIs, Provide actionable insights and recommendations

- Lead Generation & Market Targeting: Research and identify new customer, conduct customer survey, conduct competitor benchmarking and market segmentation, Maintain and update CRM data

- Sales Enablement & Reporting: Create professional dashboards, reports, and presentations,

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.

- 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, business development analytics, or marketing intelligence, preferably in EMS, OEM, or manufacturing industries.

- Advanced Excel and Power BI (or Tableau) skills for analytics and visualization.

- Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

- Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to generate leads, track sales, and improve conversion rates.

- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing cost drivers and quoting processes.

- The ideal candidate combines strong analytical ability with commercial awareness

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Business English — both written and spoken.
