Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Imagine Cottage Education, an English and Chinese language education provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollment, enhancing brand visibility, and developing effective marketing strategies. The role requires someone with strong sales and marketing skills, preferably but not necessarily with experience in the education sector, and a passion for language learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment targets for both English and Chinese language courses.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships, educational institutions, and individuals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing students, parents, and business clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and consultations to prospective students and clients, either in person or via online platforms.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other outreach initiatives.
- Handle inquiries and provide guidance on course offerings, schedules, and pricing.
Marketing:
- Execute marketing strategies to promote the language centre’s programs.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation and engagement, to attract a broader audience.
- Coordinate and participate in events, open houses, and workshops to raise awareness of the centre’s offerings.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies as needed.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads, prospects, and clients.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry to enrollment and post-enrollment support.
- Implement strategies to increase student retention and satisfaction.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the academic team to understand the course curriculum and ensure effective promotion of the centre's programs.
- Collaborate with external partners, including advertising agencies, PR firms, and community organizations to expand the centre’s reach.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and progress.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Prefer experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education or language learning sector. (Preferred not necessary)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
