Mô Tả Công Việc

JOB PURPOSE:
1. Enhance sales by new ideas and initiatives to achieve the target
2. For future project: set potential buyer database/ sales plan/ marketing plan
3. Manage Sales & Marketing function & related tools and campaign
4. Manage Collections & Debts

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target as projected:

• Work with Director to produce sales and marketing strategies for the prospective, new project or current products.
• Seek out new sales and new business opportunities
• Prepare and implement Sales Plan and Marketing Campaigns to generate sales
• Make recommendations and improve current sales & marketing strategy to increase sales

Work closely and manage Sales Agencies to achieve sales target
• Provide product training to Sales Agents, individual agents, etc…
• Assist Sales & Marketing Executive and Sales Agent to negotiate with potential buyers for sales terms, SPA and related issues
• Update Sales Agent with information and sales promotion
• Ensure all information that Sales Agents are conveying to potential buyers are accurate and up to date
• Collect feedback and requirements of potential buyers to make recommendations and seek for approval to close deal

2. For future project: set potential buyer database/ sales plan/ marketing plan

• Set up and keep track of potential buyer profile
• Set future project potential buyer database
• Managing existing buyers database by updating it constantly after events, roadshow, etc… and make available for use.
• Do market research and keep management informed of market and competitor update
• Ensure website of respective projects are informative, update and accurate
• Provide market feedback to management

3. Manage Sales & Marketing function

• Double check Sales & Purchase Agreement before issuing out for purchasers to sign
• Managing asking price list
• Issue updated asking price list from time to time - prepare, check and pass to GD to sign
• Ensure sufficient brochures/flyers/marketing materials for sales & marketing to both local and overseas potential buyers.
• Ensure information and images in all marketing collaterals are accurate and up to date
• Manage, keep track and control marketing budget
• Arrange and organize show unit or on site sales/ investors visit
• Supervise Sales, Collection and Administration Staff

4. Manage debt collection, keep track of overdue and ensure all collections procedures are in accordance to company policy

5. Prepare Sales Report and Sales Projection

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor Degree of all relating field
- Have Real Estate License and Trading Floor Management Certificate is a Must
- 4 - 5 years of experience in Real Estate or Real Estate Broker Background, in which 2 years at managing level
- Fluency in both English speaking & writing
- Have strong understanding of real estate market, Target - oriented (Passionate to achieve the sales target)
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated; Teamwork; Able to work under pressure
