Mô Tả Công Việc
This role is responsible to operate tours for outbound destination markets as per pre-defined standard operating procedures (SOP). Contact with stakeholders within the organization (Sales Offices, Hotel team, Local offices, and third party suppliers). And also responsible for supporting Sales to build a reputation for outstanding customer service by managing and developing services and finding innovative ways to help support our customers.

- Only Vietnam Nationality
- You will be based in Dorak Vietnam office
- 3+ years’ experience in Travel industry for Sales/ Operations with Land, DMC or Agent
- Knowledge in Europe or others destination with main attractions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Fluent communication in English, Vietnam , and Chinese is plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and effectively manage constant change
- Proficient in Ms.Word, Ms.Excel, Power point
- Candidate with less experience can be consider for Sales and Operations Executive
