Sales And Technical Executive

• Visit existing and potential clients regularly

• Promote and introduce company products

• Understand clients’ technical requirements and propose suitable solutions

• Follow up on samples, testing results, and trial runs at factories

• Handle product complaints and coordinate with the technical team for troubleshooting

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and after-sales support

• Collect market and competitor information for product improvement and market strategy

• Prepare weekly reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and issue resolutions

• Support customers with documentation, certification, or technical datasheets when needed

• Bachelor's degree in Shoes, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in chemical sales or technical support, preferably in the footwear or Chemical, Rubber products…. industry

• Knowledge of chemical applications in soles, rubber, EVA, or other shoe components is a strong plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to travel frequently to client sites and factories

• Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude

• Fluently in English

• Chinese languages is a Plus
