Description

- Assist Sales Manager in all aspects of Sales

- Preparation of Quotations and Sales Invoices

- Follow up with Customers : Delivery Schedules, Payments

- Supervision of Inventories, Stock takes.

Requirements

• Education: University degree preferred.

• Excellent Written and Spoken English.

• Good communication, coordination and influencing skills

• Good mindset to be flexible, innovative, creative

• Work well in a team-based environment.

• Highly capable of identifying problems and solving problems.

•Able to work under pressure with deadlines and focussed on identifying key issues and providing solutions.

• Strong Computer skills: MS Office, Windows, Word, Excel

•Knowledge of General Business Software ( MISA preferred)
