What We Can Offer
• Work place: Go Vap Dist., HCMC (Near EMART Supermarket)
• Working hour: Monday - Friday (8:00 - 17:00) & Saturday (8:00 – 11:30)
1. Receiving and proceeding export orders include:
• Documentation: prepare shipping document like Proforma invoice, Packing list, B/L, LC or other international business document.
• Customs declaration.
• Take care of shipment: contacting shipping lines/ agent, book container, update shipping schedule.
• Follow up orders and requirements of customer. Co-ordinate with internal team to make sure the ordering, goods delivery in progress and update to customer.
• Handle packaging orders (labels, carton, ...)
2. Consolidate, classify and update product data, pictures from suppliers.
3. Supporting sales department with other administrative tasks like recordkeeping, sales report.
Education: Bachelor’s degree, Foreign Trade Economics Certificate is preferred.
Knowledge and Experience:
• Understand international payment, customs declaration, shipping and logistics.
• Familiarity with FMCG industry, FMCG manufacturers and retailers.
• Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
• Experience in sales administration, export documentation or modern trade retail industry such as Big C, Lotte, Aeon, MM Mega Market.
• Proficiency with MS office and web: Excel Spreadsheet, Outlook, Power point.,
• Excellent written (email) and business communication.
• Business acumen, result-oriented, careful, honest, persistent, and courteous.
Language: Good communication in English
• Salary range: Gross 10,000,000 – 12,000,000 VND per month.
• Annual Bonus (average 1 - 2 month).
• Quarterly bonus depends on performance
