Sales Assistant Manager (Shopping Mall Operator)

1. Promotions & Events

• Develop and implement promotional plans to enhance sales and customer engagement.

• Set up floor events, ensuring all activities are managed effectively.

(Tổ chức các sự kiện tại tầng, đảm bảo tất cả các hoạt động được quản lý hiệu quả.)

• Provide support in creating after-event reports to analyze success and areas for improvement.

(Hỗ trợ lập báo cáo sau sự kiện để đánh giá hiệu quả và các điểm cần cải thiện.)

2. Fit-Out Management & Operations:

• Review drawings and plans related to fit-out projects.

(Xem xét các bản vẽ và kế hoạch liên quan đến các dự án thi công.)

• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with standards and timelines.

(Giám sát công việc tại khu vực sửa chữa để đảm bảo tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn và tiến độ.)

• Follow up on final acceptance of fit-out projects to ensure completion.

(Theo dõi công tác nghiệm thu hoàn thiện các dự án thi công.)

• Conduct regular floor checks to maintain high standards of presentation and customer service.

(Thực hiện các kiểm tra định kỳ tại tầng để duy trì tiêu chuẩn cao về trưng bày và chất lượng dịch vụ khách hàng.)

• Address any operational issues promptly to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

(Giải quyết kịp thời bất kỳ vấn đề vận hành nhằm đảm bảo trải nghiệm mua sắm của khách hàng tốt nhất.)

3. Reporting:

• Prepare and present daily, weekly, weekend, and monthly reports.

(Chuẩn bị và trình bày các báo cáo hàng ngày, hàng tuần, cuối tuần và hàng tháng.)

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree with related major;

• At least 03-year experience in Retail Business; (Preference in experience with global brands)

• Fluent in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office;

• In-depth knowledge of the current retail field (especially cosmetic, jewelry field);

• Good negotiation and problem solving skills;

• Ability to work under pressure;

• Number-driven and good management ability of its staff;
