1) Responsible for the local Tiktok live broadcasting business in Vietnam and the cooperation with local mcn institutions in Vietnam, responsible for the delivery results of the co-anchors; Negotiate with mcn to develop anchor incentive system, and coordinate to participate in activities;
2) Recruitment, training, management and operation of Tiktok anchors in Vietnam;
3) Responsible for following up live broadcast content and improving live broadcast quality and income of Tiktok platform and anchors; Responsible for assisting related product operation;
4) Responsible for the formulation, optimization and content planning of live broadcast scripts; Optimize the livestreaming process and content
5) Be responsible for data analysis and review after live broadcast to improve the quality and income of live broadcast;
6) Responsible for the test of investment flow and the transformation of ROI investment flow (5-10%)
