Working time: Night shift (3.00 PM - 12.00 AM) - Grab service is provided
● Reaching out to the customers and partners via email and phone
● Providing a consultative and proactive process to producing renewal quotes
● Finding new and creative ways to show how the product can help the client achieve their goals
● Conducting Live Demos to the customers
● Onboarding new customers
● Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right resources
● Showing high attention to details
● Develop healthy customer relationships

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
● 1 year of current sales experience; technology and/or software sales industry experience preferred
● Advance communication skill in English
● Ability to learn technical information and communicate technical details required
● Experience with CRM and invoicing systems is a plus.
● Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general business software
● Good at business correspondence
● Able to work in a team and independently
● Experience with CRM and invoicing systems is a plus

● Strong time-management skills
● Results-driven
● Accountability and personal organization are essential
● Aptitude for learning software
● Advance communication skill in English
