Mô Tả Công Việc

We are looking for a Sales Business Development Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our sales departments and their customers. We will rely on you to find ways to work and assist the sales departments to achieve total sales targets.

If you are motivated by meeting new people, building relationships and develop businesses daily and you thrive by acquiring new accounts and clients then this is the role for you!

Working independently in the largest insurance company in Vietnam whilst being supported by Atradius, a multinational company, you are one of the pioneers expanding our unique product in Vietnam. You will be meeting a wide range of companies, from SMEs to top-executives in multinationals and advise them on credit management solutions.

Key aspects are business growth, profitability, and relationship development.

* Key Deliverables:
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships both within the company, with the partners and with outside clients
• Actively promoting trade credit insurance
• Promoting high-quality support supply and customer service processes to sales teams
• Assisting with bringing on new clients and business.
• Developing a healthy sale pipeline.
• Key activities include identification of potential clients, assessment of client needs and selection of suitable/potential clients.
• Achieving sales targets.

Targets will change with each career step and could also change from year to year.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

* Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a sales or business development role. Having experience in (B2B) insurance, banking and/or financial services industry will be an advantage.
• University bachelor’s or master’s degree (Finance/Accounting, Business or Economics preferred). University of Economics HCMC or overseas university graduate is a plus.
• English fluency is must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Driven attitude and eagerness to adapt with the dynamic but technical sales environment of insurance industry.
• Fluency in computer literate is must, i.e. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.

* General Profile:
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Sales – driven.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Strategic thinking with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
• General awareness for cross-cultural sensitivity
• Highly motivated and proactive person with good communication skills
• Able to travel for business
