• Handle RFQ, in charge the pipeline in line with Company strategies to support the business growth at nationwide level.
• Come up with proposal to expand business scale with existing customers, to establish relationship with customers in target verticals to achieve total budget of revenue.
• Lead the activities to build market intelligent information and tender anticipation.
• Product design
• Lead meetings with key customers and ensure customer concerns will be addressed on time and/or solved on a win-win basis.
• Monitor CRM to ensure all necessary information is well captured as required.
• Work closely with the management when it comes to the contracting stage.
• Propose the structure of BD department at nationwide level to drive sales efficiency.
• Coach and develop subordinates to maximize the hunting skills and professionalism.
• Review and propose to adjust the current sales processes for continuous improvement.
• Set up relevant KPI to maximize company profit, reputation, and customer satisfaction.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor or Master degree in relevant major.
- Good understanding of Contract Logistics and market practices.
- At least 4-5 years in a similar role in 3PL.

Skills & Competencies (E.g: PC/Software Applications, Language, Personal Characteristice or Behaviours)
- Excellent in MS Office.
- Language: Excellent in English, chinese speaking is a plus.
