Job Summary:
The Sales Capability Development Manager (Marketing Skills Development Manager) is responsible for identifying training needs, creating relevant content, ensuring the quality of training delivery, and measuring the effectiveness of learning programs for the Sales & Marketing teams.
Reporting to Senior HRBP - Marketing, the role also involves managing a team of Marketing Skills Development Executives who handle logistics and co-deliver training with business managers or external trainers. This role will ensure all learning initiatives are aligned with business goals and support employee development in a structured and impactful manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Needs Identification:
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and HR leaders to identify the skills required for Marketing & Sales employees based on current and future business needs.
• Conduct regular skills assessments and gather input from stakeholders to understand gaps in knowledge or performance.
2. Content Creation & Development:
• Lead the design and development of training materials, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and tailored to the Marketing & Sales context.
• Work closely with subject matter experts, including internal managers and external trainers, to create content that addresses both tactical skills (e.g., sales techniques) and strategic skills (e.g., market analysis).
• Adapt training content to local market conditions, including Vietnam’s regulatory environment.
3. Delivery Quality Assurance:
• Ensure the consistency and quality of all training delivery, whether conducted by the internal team, business managers, or external trainers.
• Develop standards for training delivery and evaluate the effectiveness of sessions to maintain high-quality learning experiences.
• Provide coaching and feedback to the Marketing Skills Development Executives to ensure that logistics and co-delivery responsibilities are met to the highest standard.
4. Learning Effectiveness Management:
• Implement processes to measure the effectiveness of all learning interventions, including the use of surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Use learning analytics to assess the impact of training programs on employee performance and business results, ensuring alignment with key marketing and sales KPIs.
• Adjust programs based on data and feedback to optimize learning outcomes.
5. Team Management & Development:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4 Marketing Skills Development Executives, ensuring they are effectively managing the logistics of training sessions and contributing to content co-delivery.
• Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities for the team to build their skills in learning facilitation, project management, and stakeholder management.
• Ensure team members are empowered to collaborate effectively with business managers and external trainers, delivering high-quality learning experiences.

Key Requirements:
1. Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Learning & Development, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in learning & development, marketing, or sales training, with at least 3 years in a team management role.
• Proven experience in identifying training needs and creating impactful training content, especially for marketing and sales teams.
2. Skills & Competencies:
• Expertise in marketing and sales methodologies, combined with a solid understanding of the learning and development field.
• Strong content creation skills, with experience in designing learning programs tailored to business needs.
• Ability to manage and lead a team, providing coaching and mentorship to build a high-performing training function.
• Proficiency in evaluating training effectiveness and making data-driven improvements.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
3. Personal Attributes:
