2 Design, update & execute training program for new telesales function based on 3 pillars: (i) induction to Heineken Vietnam (HVN) & business process, (ii) telesales software & operation, (iii) customer engagement & selling skills
3 Design, update & execute engagement plan & training for intermediaries to embed new RTC model & way of working and its benefits for intermediaries
4 Design, update & execute engagement plan & channels for customers to embed new RTC model & way of working and its benefits for customers

• Experience min 4 year experience in relevant position in FMCG,
• Having Telesales Training experience is a plus
• Drives to win, able to distill and define objectives from broad directions, organize time & resources and motivate others towards achieving these objectives
• Adapts well, overcomes obstacles & defines trade-off choices and alternative solutions if faced with barriers
• Leads by accountability, focuses on tasks end-to-end, holds self & others accountable
• Connected to current news & developments, actively demonstrates knowledge of broad business, salesforce & RTM data systems and digital / software trends
• Well-organized and dependable, manages well timelines and milestones, creates visibility on projects & deliverables, communicates risks early and proactively manages alignment between stakeholders
• Good communication/interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Solid business acumen: Understands and demonstrates practical knowledge of salesforce & Route-to-market (RTM) management, productivity analysis & improvement across salesforce & intermediaries
• Strong working knowledge of sales processes and how to practice it
• Classroom Management
• Outstanding coaching and sales skills
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms & Technical Savvy
• Excellent time management and customer service skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to motivate the sales team to enhance their skills
• Ability to measure an employee’s performance
