Being a Sales Consultant, you’ll be in charge of consulting and influencing existing or potential end users to purchase our education service for professional white-collar.
A successful Sales Consultant - must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also have to be patient and cool-tempered to deal with demanding requests.
• Acquire an excellent understanding of our target customers, our product and its unique selling points.
• Create and Continuously optimize sales script & sales process
• Answer all sales inquiries within 24 hours
• Promptly follow up with leads via the phone, consult and convince them to purchase our education service.
• Achieve assigned KPIs such as sales revenue; conversion rate; daily calls; etc...
• Update report according to the company's SOP
• Deal with complaints to turn around unhappy customers
• Collaboration with other functions such as Business, Marketing; support; product; delivery; etc… for related tasks
• Other assigned tasks to related to sales operation
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 3 year telesales experience with track record
• Intermediate English level or above
• High standards of work ethics, driven by growth & productivity
• Have a positive can do attitude
• Ability to call customers (from home or office) in the evening and weekend
