Sales Executive (Pharmaceutical Market)
Job description
The Role:
In this exciting role, you'll be a Chemical & Food Sales Trailblazer, playing a pivotal role in expanding our reach and driving sales growth. You'll leverage your strong communication and negotiation skills to build lasting partnerships with clients, identify new market opportunities, and close deals that fuel our success.
What You'll Do:
• Own the entire sales process, from crafting strategic plans to securing successful closures.
• Become an expert in handling import/export documents, POs, and sales contracts.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to uncover customer needs and develop winning sales strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Embrace continuous learning and contribute fresh ideas to propel our business forward.
• Travel domestically and internationally (approximately 40%) to connect with clients and build our network.
Job requirements
Who You Are:
• A motivated and results-oriented individual with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the food ingredients or pharmaceutical market (or a related industry with strong transferable skills).
• A holder of a Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in English and proficient in Japanese (N4 or above is a plus).
• A team player with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• An analytical thinker with a passion for market research and crafting data-driven strategies.
• A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and a drive to exceed expectations.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
