JOB DESCRIPTION
If you are a sales professional (IT, FMCG & Retails, Healthcare, Banking & Financial Services…) looking to make a career change in Human Resource Consulting Services, we are open to have you in the team.

IN CHARGE OF
1. Responsible for delivering high quality service to clients and candidates
2. Promote & build awareness of Navigos Search’s capabilities to an existing or new clients
3. Work with clients, find out about their business, their current and future recruitment needs
4. Attract quality candidates through preparing job descriptions/postings, screening and short listing applicants; as well as by networking and headhunting
5. Screen and interview candidates in accordance with company standards
6. Organize interviews for candidate as requested by the client
