The Workspace & Residential Consultant is responsible for the servicing and conversion of business/ commercial moving services as well as direct in-home moving sales opportunities generated by Crown’s marketing efforts.
This role also works very closely with other internal stakeholders and ensures all sales opportunities are leveraged to maximum effect within the team in a cross-selling environment.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.
• Set up appointments with potential customers in an effort to introduce our services.
• Present our services to customers appropriately to make a sale.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers in person
• Negotiate price and terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Gathering market and customer information
• Perform surveys, prepare and submit subsequent proposals and order confirmations.
• Communicate with all parties to ensure clients receive excellent service from Crown.
• Demonstrate and promote the company vision and values.

Location:
• Working hour: Monday to Friday 8.00AM-17.30 PM

Professional Knowledge and Skills
• At least 1 years sales or marketing experience
• Experience within the Moving & Storage Industry or Logistics Industry an advantage
• Well-developed administration and organization skills with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of selling psychology
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
Qualifications
• Secondary education certificate, or equivalent (preferred)
