Agrimatco Vietnam is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging communication between the sales team and other departments, supporting the management team, and ensuring smooth operations within our fast-paced environment.

About the Role
• Primary Function:
Act as a liaison between the company clients and sales departments to ensure efficient communication, manage schedules, and prepare timely reports.
• Travel Requirement:
This role requires frequent travel to various selling points, client sites, and agricultural farms.
• Support:
Provide dedicated support to the General Manager and Sales supervisor during client visits and farm inspections.
• Market Focus:
Maintain a strong familiarity with the business environment in the Vietnam market, particularly within the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities
• Sales Coordination:
o Facilitate and coordinate communication between sales representatives, managers, and customers.
o Assist with customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
o Support sales meetings, including scheduling and preparing relevant materials.
• Administrative Support:
o Manage schedules for the sales and management teams.
o Prepare regular reports on sales activities and travel outcomes.
o Handle administrative tasks to streamline sales operations and logistics.
• Communication & Interpretations
o Interprets communications from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
o Ensure that all communications maintain a high standard of clarity and precision.
• Field Support:
o Travel to client sites, selling points, and farms to support on-ground sales activities.
o Assist in closing sales and engaging directly with customers to enhance satisfaction and sales performance.

Requirements
• Language Proficiency:
o Very good command of English with proven translation skills between English and Vietnamese. (B2)
• Experience:
o Demonstrable experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
o Proven ability to coordinate with both internal teams and external customers effectively.
• Interpersonal Skills:
o Strong social skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members.
o Well-mannered and professional in all business communications.
• Travel Flexibility:
o Ability and willingness to travel extensively without issues.
• Technical & Industry Knowledge:
o Basic to intermediate understanding of agricultural practices and Agri-solutions.
o Familiarity with the local Vietnam market and business environment is highly advantageous.
• Organizational Skills:
o Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
o Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Good to Have (Plus)
• Industry Experience:
o Prior exposure to the agricultural sector or related industries.
o Understanding of basic Agri-solutions and modern agricultural technologies.
• Customer Relationship Management:
o Strong background in customer relationship management with a focus on closing sales.
o Ability to identify potential sales opportunities and suggest improvements to the sales process.
