Sales Coordinator

Key elements and required activities of the role

• Process all incoming orders/forecasts/inquiries to insure accuracy and quality customer service

• Process sales orders accurately and ensure their timely delivery.

• Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries

• Prepare quotation, contract to clients as required from Sales Manager

• Follow up client payment status with Accounting department

• Develop monthly sales report

• Assist Sales Manager in identifying, maintaining and developing client network

• Implement tasks assigned by Sales Manager for client development plan, including and not limited to paperwork process

• Other ad-hoc assignments as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or related fields

• 2+ years sales background

• Experience in industrial related fields or manufacturing is preferred

• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

• Good command of English, Proficient in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong sense of responsibility

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Base Salary * 12 months + Bonus for 13th Month, Base Salary to be negotiated
