REF GROUP VIETNAM specializes in selling server and networking equipment. We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Hunter who can find new clients, build relationships, and close deals independently.

Responsibilities:
- Actively search for and attract new B2B clients (system integrators, data centers, hosting providers, IT companies, hospitals, and other sectors).
- Meet with clients, present company products, and negotiate contracts.
- Sell equipment from stock, on order, and through distributors.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to final payment.
- Quickly respond to client requests and help secure the best project prices.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs, focusing on results and revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Use CRM systems to manage clients, record deals, and prepare sales reports.
- Work closely with other departments (procurement, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in active B2B sales (preferably in server or networking equipment).
- Proven ability to find clients from scratch and close deals independently.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
- Good understanding of the Vietnamese market and business culture.
- Knowledge of financial indicators (margins, cost, profitability).
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Proactive, independent, and highly result-driven.
Working Conditions:
- Flexible work format — remote work is possible; regular client meetings are required.
- Candidates from Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi are welcome.
