We are looking for a Sales Deputy Manager- Health Solutions to join us in our Ho Chi Minh office.

Role responsibilities

• Drive Revenue Growth: Execute the in-country health solutions sales plan, manage budgets and pipelines, and contribute to annual planning.

• Client Management: Identify and develop relationships with key clients to maximize sales opportunities.

• Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate data entry and deliver timely sales report.

Skills and experience that will lead to success.

• University graduates

• Proven experience in health insurance, ideally from insurance companies, brokers, or compensation settlement companies.

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a network of decision-makers in administrative, HR, finance, and procurement departments.

• Dynamic problem-solver with the ability to provide immediate and flexible solutions to customer needs.
