Role Summary

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends across sectors.

• Manage Customer Relationship Management tasks and provide exceptional customer care.

• Serve as a confident and persuasive technical sales representative during key meetings with international brands and manufacturing partners.

• Trained to become a certified environmental auditor, specializing in mold prevention.

• Collaborate with the team to create and deliver professional presentations.

• Provide expert consultation and problem-solving for client issues.

• Support cross-functional tasks as assigned by your supervisors.

• Deliver measurable personal contributions toward department growth.

Job Details

• Location: Bình Thạnh District, Ho Chi Minh City

• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Salary: Starting from 16,000,000 - 20,000,000 VND/month (Includes all required insurances and taxes). A 2-month probation is required with 80% income.

• Business Travel: Required approximately from 30 to 40% of working time. You will regularly visit client factories and offices, with all transportation arranged and covered by the company.

• University graduate.

• Fluent in English or Chinese (additional languages are a plus).

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, sourcing, or technical sales—especially in apparel, footwear, bags, or related industries.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong presentation skills and confidence in public speaking.

• Adaptive, energetic, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
