A. What you will bring
Salestech Stack Management
• Architecture, technology choices:
o Manage design and implementation of Salestech architecture
o Undertake Salestech infrastructure management and maintenance on a continuous basis
o Research and recommend new tech products and partnerships; Identify and sundown the outdated and non-utility products
o Execute and contribute to the marketing technology roadmap by matching business needs with existing and upcoming technologies, capabilities, and services
• Partnership management
o Establish communication and conduct negotiation on key requirements, performance
o Lead regular reviews on project timeline with technology partners; refresh contracting based on best practices and performance
o Close coordinate with MDS regional – digital team for digital solution development and implementation
• Integration and readiness for use:
o Set up and manage downstream integrations for the Sales Automation system with Retailer and ecosystem platforms
o Enable data capture and integration across digitized and non-digitized sources via the implementation / integration of tools/APIs - Application Programming Interface data giữa các hệ thống /connections across sources
o Help design and manage data flows through stack all the way from source of engagement/ acquisition to utilization in campaigns
o Monitor and review security, data privacy and compliance of technology products / infrastructure
• Sales Automation and Optimization
o Automation sales KPI through backend data and visualization tool like Power BI and manage transformation across channels 2000 salesforces
o Implement automation solutions to streamline sales processes and workflows, improving efficiency and productivity.
Enabling new data led ways of working:
o Guide business teams: all level, on the usage of tech products (e.g. retailer app, Image Recognition, etc), in collaboration with tech partners
o Conduct or facilitate trainings for inhouse team: CPA, Trade,
o Assist in technical aspects of ad campaign setup and implementation
o Communication with sales team to monitoring automation flow and digital solution issues when implementation
Yêu cầu công việc
B. What you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology. Knowledge of the other skill (marketing or tech) expected to have been developed during work experience
-1-3 years of experience in a business-facing, solution-based analyst position in consumer facing businesses – FMCG, Retail, Telecom, Financial services
-1-3 years of experience in a Marketing Technology role managing Google/ Adobe stacks, working with a customer data platform and third-party data providers
- Experienced in BI tool like Power BI is plus
- Working closely with MDS regional, Key account team, CPA teams in enabling digital sales/ Trade/ customer engagement
- Advanced English communication
