· Build and grow sales team, both inhouse and outsource, including hiring, training and assessing individual performance to provide coaching or corrective actions as needed
· Develop sales processes and proactively experiment to improve execution
· Build up sales quota and forecast sales results to deliver business goals, requiring the combination of sales knowledge and data-driven mindset
· Acquire key customers and handle partnerships with other service providers according to business strategy
· Provide market insights and contribute to building up business strategy for the vertical
· Together with Business Analysts and other departments to understand key customers’ problems and develop commercial programs/product solutions to meet their needs
· Deliver sales operation reports and other ad-hoc projects assigned by Head of department
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Proven track record in creating sales forecasts, identifying new areas of growth, and accurately analyzing sales performance data
· Proficient in managing, motivating, incentivizing and empowering your sales team
· Ability to work relentlessly in tech startup environment.
· Experience and knowledge in online recruitment platforms is a strong advantage
· Able to communicate in English
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
