We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Sales Director – Coffee Trading Division to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:
1. JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Director to lead and grow our coffee beans trading business in both domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong trading expertise, and proven leadership skills to drive strategic sales, manage market risks, and expand the company’s trading footprint, including operations on commodity exchanges.
2. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies for coffee bean trading in domestic and international markets.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end trading process: sourcing, negotiation, pricing, contract management, and settlement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, traders, customers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Identify and capture market opportunities across different trading platforms and exchanges.
- Monitor global coffee market trends, price movements, and supply-demand dynamics to inform trading strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant import/export regulations and trading standards.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to optimize margins and ensure smooth execution.
- Set and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and P&L objectives.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance sales/trading team.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and conferences
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Agriculture, or related fields. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in coffee trading or agricultural commodities, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Solid knowledge of commodity markets, pricing mechanisms, and trading platforms.
- Strong network within the coffee supply chain – producers, exporters, importers, and buyers.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Fluent in English; other languages (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, or Vietnamese) are a plus.
- High integrity, commercial acumen, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market.
