Position Objective
- Develop and implement business strategies to ensure sustainable growth and maintain strong relationships with partners, distributors, and customers.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve productivity and achieve company targets.
- Drive performance, optimize sales processes, and strengthen the company’s position in the FMCG market.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Strategy & Growth
+ Develop and execute effective distribution channel management strategies.
+ Build annual business plans and sales forecasts, including channel development, budget planning, and nationwide sales initiatives.
+ Take full responsibility for achieving business goals (Budget/KPI) by monitoring, motivating, and supporting the sales team.
+ Research and analyze FMCG industry trends to guide strategic decisions and optimize business operations with partners.
+ Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and revenue streams.
+ Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive positioning and sustainable growth.
- Organizational Development
+ Design and maintain an efficient organizational structure to optimize resources and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
- Team Development
+ Develop and execute workforce planning, training, and transformation programs to meet business growth needs.
+ Coach and enhance the capabilities of the sales leadership team.
- Culture & Leadership
+ Promote company culture and team spirit by communicating vision, motivating employees, and aligning them with corporate objectives.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 15 years of experience in sales, business development, or trade marketing, with 10+ years in a managerial role leading large sales teams.
- Strong background in FMCG and multi-channel distribution systems.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitors, and industry trends.
- Solid knowledge of distribution management and strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
