Responsibilities:
Responsible for 2 Business units – Sourcing, Logistics Services and US sales for bottling plant
Drive the team to hit target – personal and team target ($50M)
Develop and grow the team (from 4 to 15)
Identify markets and develop go to market strategy
Improve and implement sales process
Provide accurate and clear reports to leadership
Manage and grow key accounts
Develop and implement Training and Coaching program
Responsible for P&L
Cross department collaboration
Instill company culture
Please note: As yourself and the team will be dealing with the US Market the hours will be Monday - Friday 12pm to 5pm and Monday to Thursday 9pm - 1am (Working from home). This role is also only available to Native level English speakers. These requirement are non-negotiable.

10+ years of sales experience and 3+ years of sales leadership
Native English speaker
