Job Description

- People leadership, management and development: manages sales automation staff, plan successions, optimizes capabilities and services to support for internal (cross function), external (distributors' sales admin)
- Leading and ensuring the implementation of DMS/ Non DMS as plan on all direct, handling and sub-distributions in the country;
- Proactively resolve the DMS/ Non DMS issue while running the smooth DMS operations at all distributions in the country;
- Manage target setting process on DMS/ Non DMS to ensure the timeline and transparency
- Working with stakeholders and vendors to leverage and maximize the capacity and functionalities of DMS systems to continue improving sales force productivity
- Designing and developing reports (Dashboard, scorecard, tracker, Power BI) to support business needs
- Develop system and tools to support to support Sales organization and sales process to ensure operation effectiveness

Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in relevant majors
- 3+ years experience in sales or similar position in FMCG is preferable
- DMS system at leading DMS solution providers
- Capacity to understand all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field
- Capacity to understand bottled waters sales management: GT (*), OOH, MT, HOD, bottled waters distribution network development, sales and distribution knowledges and skills
- Strong sales organization management and sales projects management
- English intermediate level
